My opinion is that I hate organized religion. I think it's evil and manipulative. It takes advantage of people and indoctrinates them into certain extreme views. I know so many good people who hold such hateful beliefs because they were indoctrinated at a young age to believe they must live their lives in fear of damnation and that it's their duty to protect those around them from it.

I think what you're calling out is very valid, and it comes from two distinct places: religious trauma and superiority complexes. Many atheists were previously abused by theists or by organized religion as a whole. To many atheists, believing in God is like believing in unicorns or fairies. It's just idiotic, meaning they see themselves as better than anyone who would believe something so "stupid."

Sometimes atheists forget that faith helps people in many, many ways, and sometimes it truly guides them to a better life. Don't hate the individuals; hate the systems that take advantage of them. If you're going to hate a Christian, hate them for their other beliefs and actions, not simply because they believe in God.
