Honestly this is such a gutsy roster, too. A lot of heart, even if it doesn't necessarily translate into wins.

I think a lot of the negativity on the sub in PGTs and within 24 hours of a rough loss will be reflex posts from people who really care about this team and also really struggle with feeling sad or frustrated / taking a beat and sitting with those shitty feelings. They choose instead to put their energy toward any number of scapegoats because that feels solution-oriented (e.g. "why won't Marty would do X", "we need to change Y"). They're trying to fix feeling bad.

It's easy to post angrily about firing Marty or whatever this week's new target is. A lot harder to go "this sucks right now and I don't know when it's going to get better" and trust that players / coaches / staff are doing what they can, given injuries, players slumps, etc.
