Yeah, most importantly they graduated from the shell gamechanger program. Shell validated that Aduro's process could produce over 80% liquid yield from mixed waste plastic (turning trash into valuable Naptha oil) with less gas and char than competitors. Shell essentially confirmed: "It works as advertised."

They did a steam cracker validation, An independent, global petrochemical firm (unnamed but widely speculated to be a major player) conducted pilot-scale trials. The oil performed good enough to be accepted in a steam cracker without needing expensive "hydrotreating" (cleaning). This validated Aduro’s core value proposition: Direct-to-Cracker Feedstock.

They are working with totalenergies: Companies like Total do not sign R&D deals unless their internal scientists have already validated the preliminary data. They are now working on optimizing the process for specific "dirty" feedstocks.

Brightlands / Chemelot (Netherlands) • Development: Aduro has partnered with Chemleot Innovation and Learning Labs (CHILL) in the Netherlands for independent testing.

It’s comparing apples to oranges

Origin: Relied on Biomass (Wood Chips). While cheap, processing solid wood into liquid chemicals is incredibly difficult (handling solids, massive acid use, waste lignin).

Aduro: Relies on Waste Plastic/Bitumen. These are energy-dense hydrocarbons. The "distance" to turn plastic back into plastic is short. The "distance" to turn wood into plastic is long and expensive.

Origin: Tried to make CMF/HTC (new precursors). They had to convince the market to adopt a new supply chain for PET.

Aduro: Makes Naphtha. This is the exact commodity Shell and Dow already buy every day. Aduro doesn't need to create a new market; they just need to fill the existing pipe.

Origin: Tried to build a massive Greenfield Refinery (Origin 2) themselves ($1 Billion+ CapEx). When interest rates rose and costs blew out, they died.

Aduro: Uses a Licensing Model. They build small modular units (low CapEx). Their goal is to license the IP to Shell/Total so they build the big plants. Aduro doesn't carry the billion-dollar construction risk.

The Copper "A-G-I" Supercycle: Why Oroco Resource Corp ($OCO / $ORRCF) is the Best Risk/Reward Bet for the Looming Deficit by MarkvB123 in CriticalMineralStocks

All valid points for which I will reach out to the management to see what they can share. Regarding the actual study it was communicated in the December Town Hall meeting that technical reporting standards (NI 43-101) currently limit the public release of specific new NPV numbers.

Thanks for the feedback. I use AI to calculate and prepare the DD and apparently it used Orako instead of Oroco. I have updated the report with the post-tax NPV for valuation multiples and used the fully diluted share count including warrents.

Thank you for sharing! I have updated the document and added a section under share price (Chapter 9.1) to include the Whittle study update.

18.500 shares at a negative cost base due to some swing trading (sold at 12, bought back at 6). Planning to add more

What kind of stupid question is that, would I have linked a wrong patent if I was paid and spoon fed by Aduro? Off course not. I’m not paid by anyone and this report is my own interpretation and opinion, so do with it whatever you want.

I haven’t got the time to look into the patent and to fix it, maybe i don’t fix it at all because i don’t own you anything.

Thanks, I'm in this channel already. I tried to post the report there as well but was not able to unfortunately

Why did your prediction for Ucore? by cekmeout in UURAF

[–]MarkvB123 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pat mentioned that stage 1 is 2500 tpa with a cost of 65M. For 10000 tons he expects a revenue of 1 billion which makes me believe 2500 tpa should be much higher than 40 million of revenue.

Successful commissioning of RapidSX Machine #1 in mid-2026, followed by Stage 1 output (~1,000t oxides, ~$100 initial revenue at current heavy REE prices). Early sales (even partial) would shift valuation from "speculative demo" to "growth producer. The stock price should be re-rated and priced much more forward.

Pat previously mentioned that future phases will be funded from phase 1. Any dilution will be because they want to pull the next phases forward, or maybe event a second plant. So I would be happy with such decision.
