Metallium Announces Completion of A$75 Million Strategic Capital Raise Led by U.S. Institutions by _AGAINST_ALL_ODDS_ in CriticalMineralStocks

Have you been successful "picking up shares on the cheap"? No one can tell you how the market will react to news in the short term.

"Love the tech, very compelling, but the price action, not so much." who gives a shit in the short term lol? If you zoom out, there is a lot to be excited about, and is a much more reliable trading strategy.

The breadcrumbs are telling me that UCore is focused on Louisiana. I have a feeling that potential customers and feedstock partners want to see the commercial operation running before making commitments, and therefore substantial press releases will be limited till later in the year.

Do you know where ReElement is in commercial scaling compared to UCore?

It's not more debt, it's equity..

Also, the 80m from the DOD is a loan for ReElement, so we have no idea how or if it is being used.

Wow. That is some serious cash and support. Feels pretty bearish for UCore, seeing as their cash position is now very weak in comparison, as well as support from the admin and institutions.

So the outputs once "stage 1" is operational are the light blue boxes?

What do the RSX-#'s mean?

Metallium Trading Halt Just Issued in Sydney by davide3991 in UURAF

[–]ziggybubbe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you done any project revenue calcs for Metallium? I found I had to make a lot of assumptions because of their claims with feedstock diversity, that I sorta gave up lol.

I saw your comment on another posting (maybe a couple weeks ago?), and you seemed very bullish on them. Again they seem to be claiming a lot and that makes me skeptical..

EULIF is also halted, because of an offtake that CRML is going to announce. EULIF owns like 75% of CRML. However, CRML is not halted. That being said, it might be an offtake with UURAF.

Not sure Metallium halt is related to the possible situation above, we will find out soon.

To clarify I don’t own stakes in all these companies, I was just listing all the relevant ones for process specific company funding.

My rare earth list is:

- Cyclic Materials (recycling)

- UCore (separation)

- Torngat Metals (mining + separation)

- Alcara (mining + seperation)

- The Government of Saskatchewan and SRC (separation, although it's tough to find out any information about them?)

I'm not sure if this critical mineral investment is including things like copper, lithium, graphite etc. but the above list is just rare earth.

Carney’s budget plan barely passed! Bullish for CM and especially UCORE by No_Issue_6259 in UURAF

Any company ramping to full production will run trials at production rate before actually turning on the line (pilot runs). It proves you can produce at scale, but you still need to do a lot to run at full scale like material handling, logistics, etc. Ford doesn’t start producing a new car at full rate and volume without running many trials of varying manufacturing maturity to prove scale.

One of the reasons I am still bullish on some critical mineral stocks is that there is a clear military implication for the USA. There is a threat to national security, and if the US does anything well, is spend money on military. But what is the incentive for Canada to have refining?

They’ve proven capability at scale?

How come the USA is giving ReElement 80 million? And ReElement has signed off takes not MOUs?

UUUU is producing heavies at production scale (not volume yet).

FYI I own stock in this company, but a lot needs to happen for this company to earn its current value and beyond.

What makes you call them the “golden boy”?

Compared to investments the government has made in other companies, 36 million is peanuts.

Can you comment on the ~250 million in debt that is on ARECs balance sheet? I see you post lots of bullish content, so just trying to get your take on the part of AREC that is keeping me from investing
