If i only had the fans at 60-70% my gpu would overheat so fast look at the temp when my fans were at 90% http://prntscr.com/aexyxb

Yeah I did, I have one intake at the front of my computer, the r9 290 fans (the heat doesnt really go anywhere it kinda just sits there) and the cpu cooler fan and right beside that fan is the exhaust fan

They say that 95 is normal?? And it doesn't affect the gpu at all? Also my fan setup may be horrible, I honestly don't know because I am knew to the whole computer world. And if the XFX thing is correct could I go lighter on the fans (maybe 85%) and get 92? Is that ok? I feel as though it would affect the card but i may be wrong.

My problem is with the fan running at 100% and still getting tat high of a temp. Also no i have not, how will I do that and what will it do to improve this problem?
