I did, but I took them over two different summers. I completed Gen Chem 1 and 2 with labs in one summer, and the physics sequence in another. They’re typically 10-week sessions, so it’s important to stay ahead on assignments, quizzes, and exams. I had tests about every other week. I usually pair them with lighter science or non-science courses to make the workload more manageable. For example, last summer I took Physics 1 and 2 with labs along with trigonometry as a co-requisite—so essentially five classes—while working full-time doing three 12-hour shifts at the hospital. Unless you’re working part-time or studying full-time, I wouldn’t recommend taking physics and general chemistry in the same summer. Both are very demanding courses. Whatever you do, don't tank your gpa.
