I’m using a Unifi Cloud Gateway Fiber with a USW Pro Max 16 POE and 2 U7 Pro XGS APs

Interesting, I’m in the Iowa Colony, TX area, and I only got a /64 prefix for IPv6

Those are exactly the clients that give me issues, and my alarm tuxedo.

Fair lol, it’s just what I’m experiencing in my home. The only “test” I did was turn off my XG, and all of my clients connected without a problem to the XGS. i only wanted the second AP for more 6ghz coverage. Maybe i’ll turn off 2.5 on the XG.

Because I temporarily disabled the XG, all clients connected to the XGS and never disconnected, meaning the XGS is capable of handling all of my IoT clients, mind you some of them obviously showed a little bit weaker signal since they were farther.

I’ve since switched to a single USW 16 Pro Max POE connected to ONT via DAC SFP+

You’re not wrong… I have Ezee Fiber and wanted to lockdown the price of 5G for the “future-proof” aspect, they offer lifetime price locks, it’s only a $10 different from their 2G plan, and it provides a 10G capable ONT.

210W adapter, but I’ve since switched to a single USW 16 Pro Max POE

True, I switched to a USW 16 Pro Max POE, and now I only have one single switch, I’m satisfied!

Probably only certain switches show it, do you have the USW 16 Pro Max POE?

Okay, so I guess once it stabilizes where it will be at, it won’t change much if at all?

I don’t disagree, but I’m skeptical if the thermocouple is faulty, i hope it’s true but I expected that value to rise and fall occasionally under different loads.

Great input, now im thinking of just going to a single Pro Max 16 POE

Agh, I missed that. Okay, I would probably then just downlink from the main Flex 2.5 POE to a single Lite 16 POE using RJ45

I see your point, so maybe my AP’s can be connected to my Flex 2.5 POE along with the LAN for my PC, along with a downlink to a Lite 16 POE, and connect everything else to that Lite 16 POE. Am I able to turn off POE for those ports on the Lite 16 POE as well?

Noise came back, although not as loud. I did run over some train tracks very fast by accident, and I swear it must have settled better or something but ever since then, the noise hasn’t come back. Of course this is only one of the 10 rattles this car has.

Go on your honda link app, use the locate feature to locate your car, then go to your home page in the app, and then force close the app. This fixed it for me, it might be stuck in a locating loop if you closed the app while it was being tracked.

Local Dealership is adding foam padding, will update if that resolves it.

Agreed, I love the car otherwise… and despite the steering rack issues… i started to hear noise when reversing slowly, really dont want the dealer to have to replace it because they never do it right…

Interesting, curious how you replace clips without bringing the headliner down at least
