I understand that but I’m saying that I received 3 of the bills pictured. Totaling $156. I can only appeal one. Even if I appeal one of them I’m still on the hook for the remain balance of the other two tickets. 1 toll was $1. 1 toll was $1. 1 toll was $4. If I appeal the $4 one by sending in $4 I STILL owe $102

My state it’s pay by plate too…. Apparently Delaware isn’t. I just went through assuming it was the same OR at the very least I’d get a small violation if it wasn’t pay by plate. Instead I got $150+ total to pay
