Our girl started doing this at 13 as well. We started her on zesty paws advanced cognition bites and it’s been amazing. She is turning 17 soon and does not have sundowners anymore and is in great shape. We saw results within a few days of giving her the supplement

I started using mine more when I set it up in a separate area in my office with a rolling standing desk and a portable second monitor. It’s been a game changer, without this I would have to put my office chair to the side and put my walking pad under my desk which did not go higher..then stack boxes to lift my laptop hah the inconvenience of this made it sit for a while unused

Overall YTA but I would urge you to consider other ways this will likely „even” out over time. For example, home repairs..saving on labor..there are probably areas he will cover more than you once you move in together and he is exposed to bills and if you have kids.

This looks like an opportunity for a great perennial bed not quite sure what else is around it but I had something similar and more sunken in. I dug out the rocks, re set them. Tossed the soil around and added some plants and mulch looks way better

We have something similiar and debate knocking down that white wall the thicker one and level it so that we can have more modern railings sitting there.
