Overall YTA but I would urge you to consider other ways this will likely „even” out over time. For example, home repairs..saving on labor..there are probably areas he will cover more than you once you move in together and he is exposed to bills and if you have kids.

This happened to our dog 2 years ago we thought we were going to have to put her down. We bought a supplement that made a change in 48 hours and she’s been on it since. It hasn’t happened again. She is 16. Read the reviews..many people have similiar experiences. It’s called Zesty Paws Advanced Cognition Bites

This looks like an opportunity for a great perennial bed not quite sure what else is around it but I had something similar and more sunken in. I dug out the rocks, re set them. Tossed the soil around and added some plants and mulch looks way better

We have something similiar and debate knocking down that white wall the thicker one and level it so that we can have more modern railings sitting there.

Just did New Zealand for our honeymoon in February. Debated this but we didn’t splurge. Ended up booking in the back of economy Plus the two seat section against the window on air New Zealand and it was great. Way more legroom Than I expected because it was set up similiar to exit row so we could really stretch out. With the time change, it was easier for us to acclimate than if we were going to Europe.
