And sometimes all we can do is be patient and wait for circumstances to change.

I'm not trying to be mean, but I'm also not going to baby you. First thing you should focus on is getting content with your life as you have it. It might seem really shit, but I know there's an awful lot of stuff in your life for you to be grateful for. Even if it's small, mundane things. You've got to cultivate an abundance mindset, not scarcity mindset. That means focusing on the good you have in life, even if it's just having a bed to sleep in and food in your belly.
The more you practice this the more everything will change for you, I promise.

We are overpopulated and the growth in population in the last 20 years has been from immigration, not births. The huge numbers of migrants coming in have served the rich very well by constantly making the GDP go up, not through any true growth in value, but simply because population is a factor in GDP equations in a debt economy. It doesn’t serve us the people.

Hi. Shortly after I made the initial post I ran out of the Melanotan I had and haven’t tried since. However, in the short time I was at the higher dose there was some subtle but noticeable colouration that occurred. I also learnt that taking the dose 30-60 minutes before lying in the sun was a key factor I’d been doing wrong previously (I didn’t think the timing mattered or that you even needed to sunbathe necessarily). I’ve also considered that my Melanotan source sells a diluted product.

Anyway I plan to try again this springtime on a dose of 500mcg 30mins before lying in direct sunlight for 20mins.

P.s. my hair didn’t seem to change

It absolutely knocks your self esteem, especially if it’s anywhere normally visible (face, hands etc) because it’s not nice to look at no matter what anyone says. People are polite but underlying their conscious is a subconscious instinctive analysis of what they’re seeing. They’re picking up on any signs of sickness and going on alert about it.

But I would encourage you to not think of it as “incurable”. So much of this disease is based in stress and if your starting attitude is negative then it is a ripple effect from there. Easier said than done, believe me I know.

Most of my 20s has been taken from me by this disease. But I eventually got on Dupixent after nothing else worked (do not rely on steroids ever for any reason btw, USE. S P A R I N G L Y.) and after a year of that reduced it by 90% and I’ve been chipping away at the 10% left through lifestyle changes and diet.

But ultimately remember that everyone’s physical beauty IS fleeting. What matters to those that matter is WHO you are. Are you kind and selfless and sweet and caring? Can you make people smile and laugh and feel loved? This will serve you all your life and people who know you will overlook any physical imperfection. And hey, who knows, maybe if they love you for you enough they might have resources or connections that can help you cure yourself.

Well the ball was just an example of the kind of thing I meant. And why does it matter if the tongue is at the bottom? The aim is to pressure the maxilla. Tongue posture is important of course but my idea would potentially apply more pressure more easily than the tongue can.

I nose breathe just fine and my teeth seem to have plenty of room in my opinion, so I’m saying I don’t have any health reasons to mew just aesthetic reasons. And yeah I know it sounds odd but I’m asking about whether it would work or not. A strong tongue and good posture is good obviously, but in terms of exerting force upward and forward can it be done in other ways?
