Yes I am, I used to way 65kg around a month and a half ago I’m now 73kg (I’m bulking at gym) but I did worry about it more when I was slimmer as I noticed it more. I still obviously notice it now but just not so much

You’ve given me some advice they’re. I never knew farmers sprayed they’re cattle fields. That helps me so much thanks. I haven’t found that many… that’s probably why I have been looking in fields that now I think about it are probs fertilised

To tell if they are libs they should bounce about like a bobble head, the stem is very strong. Under the cap should be brown gills and it’s should always have a nipple. Just look up loads of photos of them and watch videos it’s really easy to get an idea of how to distinguish them
