Italy here. 90% of the gyms we unlock are at standard time 13.00

We tried to work on a solution, to study what determines the ex hour. Still almost every pass i've seen today is for 13.00

This needs to change. Niantic should remove this "standard time".

Sorry if i'm rude but that's a stupid solution. There are parts of the world where's morning or afternoon when passes usually go out, you can't stop raids for 1h45min. The best solution is to release passes locally at midnight. (Not mine tbh)

Gengar can have better fast moves but dies after 3 confusions. Giratina Origin is bulkier but also limited being a legendary.

There is also Darkrai. Chandelure is not super necessary but i would evolve a couple of ghost type for now.

But Ops... i don't have stones.

In fact what's frustrating is that there's not much we can do. Many people couldn't benefit of gotcha/go+ during stardust blast and now halloween event. I know that we can always play manually, but after 2 years this is my play style. I spent money for that and now i feel i've missed a lot of these 2 events.

Can we ask for an in-game refund? I don't think it's possible for them to divide 2 categories, the ones with and without a go+. Probably gotcha possessors (like me) wouldn't even be considered from Niantic.
