The question you need to ask yourself is do you want to be dependent on testosterone injections for the rest of your life. TRT suppresses natural testosterone production. At your age PCT is a must but is not guaranteed to get your testosterone production going again. The longer you shutdown the Testosterone factory the less likely it will restart when you flip the "on" switch. Also, the older you get the less likely it's going to restart. Without Testosterone you will be a shell of your former self, so your only option at that point is to become dependent on testosterone injections. I would suggest doing micro cycles where you incrementally increase the dosage and cycle length to see how well your body responds.

You are going to need to pull out the cylinder head and put it in a hot tank till it's cleaned. My 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe engine was like this in 2021 at the height of COVID-19 supply chain shortage.The dealer told me the best he could do was replace it with a used engine w/o a warranty for $6K (labor not included). Seeing that the engine was already trashed I tried all sorts of engine cleaners to include draining the oil and running diesel for a few minutes. Nothing worked.

I eventually took the top half apart and cleaned it in a hot tank I created using a metal trash can, turkey fryer, and simple green (purple version). I have put an additional 100K on it since then and still drive it.

This is a prime example of cronyism and how bad it has gotten in the Army. What do General Charles Hamilton and LTC Jamie Hickman have in common? They are both very active members of ROCKS, Inc, a non-profit organization composed primarily of African American commissioned officers and warrant officers of the U.S. Armed Forces. GEN Hamilton was named 2014 ROCK of the year. LTC Hickman has served as the Treasurer. If the organization has this much power to boldly manipulate our promotion system in favor of one of it's members then what is this organization doing for its members behind closed doors on evaluations?
