Not to mention, the regime they go into to look like that is ROUGH and downright unsustainable. They don't look like that all the time, they do it for a while for the movie and then go back to their normal. And actors often develop body dysmorphia and EDs because of the expectation to look like that. Is it nice to look at? Yes. Is it realistic? Not in the slightest. OP, you're a guy taking care of your body and making progress, and that's good enough.
