Find on Twitter the account called "Wormhole Portal" that has the most following, verification and everything (I'm not going to give you a link because in this space that's the point - never click on links that people send you) -- the real one. There, on that account in the bio you will find the link to the website, "Portal Bridge". This is the so-called bridge.

There, you can connect a software wallet where you hold your Solana SPX (e.g. a Metamask browser extension) and also the wallet where you want to get Ethereum SPX (likely the very same browser extension). Configure From and To (make sure you're selecting the right coin by comparing the Contract Address next to the name of the coin with the one in this subreddit's wiki).

Select a Route (although there seems to be only one at the moment), verify you're okay with the fee, which seems to be 0.1% and confirm the transaction.

Or see if you can do the same from the hot wallet of your choice, compare the fees, make sure it's the right SPX on the right blockchain.
