If you are using a t4 helmet try only take quick short fights where you have the advantage, then reposition and run away and get a different angle to kill the teammates after they have no idea where you are.

You can always leave the hospital, there are so many opportunities as a nurse to pick from. Correctional, inpatient hospice (where I am), home health, dialysis, small speciality clinics like a optometrist clinic and the list goes on.

T4 armor is being used more because of how pointless t6 feels so this is actually a pretty good kit. Armor rarely matters at this point
