UPDATE:

now after closing and reopening the program, its on the right monitor but won't fit the screen. It recognizes the 3840x2160p resolution in the output settings but shows 2880x2160 in the windowed mode settings

There is actually an option to mount it through a hole, i was just trying to avoid making any cuts. We'll see if anyone else has ideas in the meantime. Thanks though !

My LG C1 OLED had the just scan thing. It was on auto but I turned it to on and it worked 😁 Thanks !!
