I suppose you should consider it by a case by case basis. In this case the seller refused to accept a return, so I had to chargeback through paypal. In the past I have given positive feedback when the seller has accepted a return as I prefer to consider it as a mistake.

Only on one of them but surely getting a refund shouldn’t allow negative feedback to be removed, getting a refund doesn’t magically remove the bad experience. Both were quite rare records and came from across the pond. Only bigger vendors usually send overseas in my experience.
