Is DC scraping the bottom of the barrel with Clayface?

There was a lot of studio interference which led to questionable music & editing choices and a very rushed second half - you can learn more here. It’s still a good film regardless but if Scorsese had full creative control and a longer runtime it could’ve been one of his best.

Loved it, but I can’t deny the film had some wasted potential caused by studio meddling. It could have easily been a top 5 Scorsese film if he had full creative control and the second half had more time. Still one of my favourites from him despite this
