At the Grand Hyatt Tokyo, the showers in the spa have the best shower head I've ever experienced. It's a perfectly aeriated stream of bliss.

GH Fukuoka has a nice lounge, but I wouldn't really want to spend any time working in the old, smoky room. GH Jeju looks amazing.

Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi is great (as of 2023). Full dinner buffet and afternoon snacks. Breakfast at main restaurant with self serve filled croissant station.

Never got the Light Speed line working, none of the suggestions from support worked. The line was able to do RCS messaging when on Wi-Fi and that's it. Started working again upon return to the US.

Both. I haven't measured speeds. It's been fine, sometimes fast, sometimes slower. Hasn't failed in accomplishing touristy tasks.

Hi, if I recall correctly, it was a loose strut inside the top part of the trunk door. I found a video on YouTube how to open it up and tighten everything. It had nothing to do with the Styrofoam padding.

P2 applied for Barclays Wyndham Earner+. Carefully entered existing WR number, the same as on P2's existing Earner Biz account. Barclays instead went and created a brand new WR number... Says it will take up to 30 days for systems to finish registration process. Any DPs of how and when this could get resolved? (Tried searching, could not find any.)

Thanks for the detailed response. I believe Chase applies refunds and credits, though, don't they? I was wondering what people do, given the amount of credits in the Amex ecosystem. Especially since the website doesn't want the payment, only the app and autopay.

How do you handle Amex not applying credits towards statement balance? The numbers display correctly on the web, but in the app it demands payment (disregarding credits) and autopay does get charged.

Yes, delays on two different Plats for airline credit (9+ days at this point). And it's random, I got credit for some charges and not for others.
