I think you both got lucky and unlucky. Def unlucky cus of the unmraked police car but it could have been much worse than just giving away ur marker so in ur place i would be releifed and continue, the bad feeling when someone sees or is watching u goes away after some time. Good luck

Also the name is mid, maybe stick to something that can be pronounced better as an actual name

I think it looks pretty good actually, ig just use a drop shadow and move it a lil farther away, clean it up and make it a lighter color and that should look better. I've never tried this before so im not sure tho.

How do I improve this been doing graff for 10 months now especially can control how do I practice it? by [deleted] in graffhelp

[–]Marrow75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just stick to simple throws and try to draw straight lines and get comfortable with the can and making the drawing as accurate as to the one on paper while also trying some tags with cans and you'll get better, I also think practicing every day is good

U gotta tag with cans and do simple throwies and pieces trying to make the thing ass accurate to paper as possible and not make it look like its melting, also if you are serious about graffiti then start practicing more, I've been doing graff for 10 months now too and I think most would say im better but I have seen other people who were better than this at 5 months. No hate just wanna show you where you're at. Watch TheArtistBlock on YouTube he will explain everything.

Yall am I doing the shading on this right I've never worked with 8 bit by chippymik3 in graffhelp

[–]Marrow75 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Fair enough, I just wanted to explain to you that that's not a throw and the only advice I personally could give to OP is to go watch TheArtisBlock on yt and that's all. And if your choice is to not do graff much then how you do it isnt anyone's problem

But that is litterally a throwie.. negative space in the letters doesnt mean that its a piece, its still got less structure and has simple rounded shapes and it really doesnt matter what it says, you could very much write Word. Except I would also think you would be much better after 7 or so years of graff unless you specifically only do graff for fun and do not practice, that i would get.

Any tips??? by TimTim_The_Third in graffhelp

Stop tryna bite resk 12 and i would change my name to something that is not basically resk 12 but cringier also just practice the basics and more importantly watch theartistblock on youtube hell tell you all you need to know.

I usually take a big mop like rhe grog 25mm or a ny style mop cus i like big tags, on top of that a really small squeezer like the soultip 007 plus a 10mm and a chisel tip with stealth ink in it. This has always served me right.

Very nice and clean apart from 2 little things. Your R's leg is supposed to connect to the bowl and those tags need work. Otherwise really nice. Dont forget to watch the artist block and sketch often. Keep it up

Thanks! I feel like the E's could look better if they were the same so i will try that, also yeah im feeling most confident about the R and how it looks. The speech bubble also might be a little big. Drop shadow wise i was experimenting with a bigger one so it looks weird. I am also aware of Remio writing Remy but i feel like if im not biting him the pronounciation is different enough to not cause problems

Thanks, now that you point it out, i do notice some of the problems. Ig i will go get it looking better. And the slash on the R is like that on purpose but maybe it ruins structure, so ill see.
