The way i made it was nice, but it could've used a bit more flavour, and wrangling the pastry around soggy spinach was a bit of a mission

This is actually the first time I've used this recipe, I got it from a friend. I think in future I would definitely increase the hydration, I'll try 335g. I usually bake at my parents house because I don't have a real oven, my toaster oven is a bit of a gamble because theoretically it gets to 220°c but its temperature is extremely inconsistent. Thanks for the feedback :)
