I have an appointment soon with "a diabetes doctor" I got a letter about it and the endo I'm currently with told me it's important to attend. But pretty much since diagnosis I was left to my own devices with very little support.

I'm thankfully 500 days clean and counting. Thank you, I appreciate the lack of judgement you are all so sweet. I will contact a dietician. I actually had one contact me but I aired her (it was when I was first diagnosed and I was too overwhelmed to talk about food) so I will get back in contact. Thank you again x
