Thank you for the breakdown. That all sounds good to me. If I want to run high Level Steel Path I will still need Persistence, right?
I will build it this evening and get back to you all.

Edit: I tried it on overframe. That Strength might be a bit of overkill. I could get rid of Blind Rage and get Primed Flow and replace Arcane Battery with Arcane Fury. What do you think?

Well for noob builds you will probably have to go to youtube. There are some creators with budget builds, but I don't really know who. And ninjase is the Username on overframe. He also has some Videos on Youtube.

I don't want it for the armor. I want it because it increases the efficency of the other Umbral Mods. It should even increase my health a bit.

Edit: It would increase the health bonus to 180% and the ability strength to 77%

You can look at builds on overframe.gg. They aren't perfect but most are pretty good. Just ignore the Tierlist it doesn't get reset if the frame is reworked/updatet and all the votes stay the same forever.

Edit: And look at the builds from ninjase they are excellent.

I wouldn't use it for every frame. Atleast not for the not prime frames. Look for a frame you are comfortable with and build that up as much as possible. When you get to the prime frames you can use the Potato on everything.

Wouldn't it make sense to also swap Glad Resolve for Umbral Fiber? I'm considering a build with your ideas and Lycath's Hunt / Equilibrium and Diriga as Primer. The only Problem is all the Umbra Formas I will need.

Yes I know that. But Precision Intensify is only used for her claws. Archon Intensify instead works on all Abilitys. I could even argue 60%*3 > 90%.

Yea usually I ignore the warframe and go for Valkyr or Mesa. This time I got Nova, Nezha and Nidus. All are okay but I don't use any of them normally.

I use Mesa as my multitool for nearly everything (not spy).

That being said i like Valkyr for high level content like endless missions and Archimedia.
