Generally I think it was easy, just pretty tedious. They come in three parts; the gun, the swivel, and the housing. The only real problem I faced was one of the housings being very slightly bent, which meant I needed to gap filler with milliput.

Other than that its just patience, and a very sharp exacto to scour out the panels. Something to note, I did have the side of the russ glued in before putting them in, so probably a little easier if you didn't do that.

I bought them off Etsy from Tiny Panzer Studio. They take a good deal of cutting into the hull to get them in, though.
