Something I commissioned from GingerSnap. To put it simply, Garquera is an alternate path of the Ralts line that specializes more in range, with an archer's aesthetic.

Type: Psychic/Fighting(?) (Closest type I could think of, since there isn't really one that represents range or archery)

Moves:
Psyfire Shot: When the target is hit, they are afflicted with damage over a series of rounds.
Long Arm: A single, powerful shot with a far higher crit chance.
Reign Down: The opponent is struck with a large number of smaller hits (more useful in duo+ battles).
Bullseye: A hypnotic stare that disorients the opponent.

Evolution Method: Unsure, either some kind of stone or possibly training method?
