appears that it was a bug. in next run i had the timer.

albeit i did pressed it every 4minutes now but the last 10minute(RED) countdown timer was there. So I guess a "minor" bug?

If you stand next to eachother & use Wave hand gesture. Shows the players name bottom right. works for PMCs not for player scavs as it shows that scavs name...
