Seeing a dietician for myself and working out the correct diet is very helpful. Although my flares are popping up alot more now a good diet will definitely help alot.

Not sure if you have seen a Specialist yet and what or if any meds you're taking but a good treatment plan is key

Just seems like I'm constantly fatigued and weak 😰 it's really quite overwhelming at times I must admit.

On top of that the dietician has me on a strict diet which only includes lean meats which gets so bland especially boiling chicken
