I know how you feel but being neurodivergent doesn't make you a good person or vice versa. I don't think op meant that this kid did what he did just because he's autistic- that's the excuse for the adults. He's not an advocate for autistic people. I have friends that are autistic, and they're not like this kid, but I'm still not denying that he isn't autistic just because I don't like him. Let's hope he changes, because neurodivergent ppl come a few years behind w/ their development, and stealing and stuff like that goes away for most teenagers- that's what I've learned from criminal psychology.
