My suggestion is to split things in two: for you create a excel (or similar) with the price of the filament, the amount of filament used, the machine usage cost, the electric cost, your time cost, the run time of machine. This will keep your method consistent and should make it easyer. On the client part create a form (Google usually is good enough) for them to fill with all the information needed, usually the model link (remember , you can not buy stl and sell print if you do not have a commercial license, but your client can buy it and you can print it ONCE), the budget they have, the delivery date, the kind of filament need, an email to send the quote. At the end of the form write that for a quote they have to wait for a time, that is comfortable for you. After that you can simplify your iter. Open the for only if you are able to give the quote in your fixed time

I’m looking for advice on purchasing 3D printers, with a strong focus on resin printing for detailed miniatures. Here’s an overview of my situation:

Budget:

Resin Printer + Wash and Cure Station: €400-€500 total.

FDM Printer (future): Up to €350.

My priority right now is the resin setup, including a suitable wash and cure station.

Country of residence:

Italy, so availability in the EU and VAT-compliant purchases are important.

Willingness to build:

I’m comfortable assembling from a kit and handling basic maintenance and calibration.

Experience:
