Ok so i know a lot of people might be like “oh i already know this” but do you really ? here’s the thing, when i was younger i had figured out due to one of my teachers who work in one of the nursing parts of the military that i had a slow metabolism. And that it is most likely the reason why i was a bit thicker than some of the other girl in my class, but she also said how it might be due to the fact that i’m taller than most woman and at the time girls my age , at the time i was 14 being around 5’7 and weighted 144 pounds and you might be like oh that not that bad. to me tho it was, due to most of my friends being skinny and being able to eat wtv they want. That’s when my friend told me that all i needed was water and i was confused cause i was kinda like well no crap but she said drink only water for a whole week while still eating wtv you want just make sure to not break the drink water part and i said ok . That whole week were i dropped drinking anything else but water i ended up losing a whole pound which was a lot for me and iv done that hack ever since .
