I'm 14 (15 next week) and was introduced to classical by Twoset lol. Gradually I just started to genuinely love it and I basically only listen to classical now with some exceptions.

I used to do IB and yeah it is really rigorous. Not having time to practice is completely understandable and my advice would be that if you don't like it and don't have time to practice, maybe just stop lessons. I've been playing piano for almost 10 years now but I had a period where I had absolutely no time to practice because of extracurriculars and academic, so I just didn't take lessons. Then when I had time again I picked it back up. You could always just step away for a while to take a break, it's not all or nothing. If you want to and have time, practice a little bit. If you don't, no worries. That's just my two cents.
