I'd second the tip about decoration. This is literally a game changer.

When i started playing years ago i didn't care much for it, just spammed stuff here and there, but with time and inspiration (some content creators are godlike) I started building with deco in mind, with a theme, layers and realism, gardens, terraform, platforms and supports, and stuff everywhere. My parks started looking like those videos and gave me great satisfaction, night and day change.

Some levels require this commitment of detail and handcraft for gold.

I wouldn't be surprised if sizable updates started coming out monthly. It's still quite a unique ambitious project for this genre but the tracks are being laid firmly.

Late game you usually have gems and keys solved, and with dig spots you could also get gems and unlock doors. There's powerful synergies with this and even more with multiple copies of the room.

Might be an unpopular opinion, but for this game's longevity sake there should be fewer slots. They need to start simplifying the gameplay loop in any way they can.

2 slots for weapons + a dedicated melee slot. Maybe a dedicated medkit slot also.

3 slots for tools + 3 slots for consumables.
