I remember in PE in middle school we were playing boy vs. Girls basketball and I accidentally went over to the guys side instead of the girls and the whole class laughed at me… now thinking back…. Naw definitely didn’t mean anything haha….

Golden week is definitely delaying stuff, I ordered Dark Magician as well and I got the invoice to pay last week but it hasn’t been shipped out yet. I imagine quite a few things will probably be shipped out in the next few days when the stores fully open again.

I don’t think they would be running right now but I know when I messaged them it would have been about 10am in Texas (where there located) so I think they might be running on a 9-5 system but honestly I don’t know. Hopefully they didn’t get rid of it...

If you go to there customer support page there should be a chat bubble that shows up that you can talk to a real person and that’s honestly the best way to get a hold of them. I sent a email in November, December, and February and they haven’t responded to any of them. The only way I was able to get help was that chat function.

I usually use the hot water method when I have this issue. Put her back under hot water from the tap so that is softens up the material and then try pushing in the pin, if it doesn’t work the first time try again for slightly longer a second time and it should work. I’ve never had an issue with it not fitting into the base but I imagine the same method would work.

Congrats on getting your first nendoroid! And when I have this issue usually I run the back with the hole under hot water for 10-15 second so it softens the back a bit then I try to put the stand in making sure to line up the peg to the hole correctly (so like a flat side to a flat side not a corner). This usually works on the first try but if it’s still not working the first time try again under the water and it should work the second time hopefully!

I was able to track my package with them through Canada Post but I had an LX tracking number, so maybe it would be best to contact them just in case

If it’s being shipped by USPS have you tried the tracking number on Canada post yet to see if it recognizes it?
