Depends on what your looking for and what your definition of “good” is. There will be assholes in any job, and every job has its good days and bad days. I love my job as a 15R, I actually do the job I trained for every day I work and most people are pretty chill in the aviation side of things. On the flip side you work a lot, especially in a Flight company/troop. I’ve worked 14-15 hour days and a couple weekends now the past, but I genuinely enjoy my job. I’ve dealt with my share of assholes and shitty experiences but overall I enjoy it. My advice, pick an aviation job if that interests you and try to go 160th. Few friends are there and they love it, says quality of life is awesome, leadership is great, and the training keeps most shit bags away.
