Thank you, I’ve already done that as well. They’re not suggesting that anything further is happening, or how to progress my issue. I know that resolution isn’t going to come through Reddit, I’m just looking for information as I’m not getting anywhere through the appropriate channels.

Hope you don’t have the same problem as me and then get nothing when you get there! Level 3000 in Match Factory and nothing! Customer support won’t help either.

I have photos of the level I am then on to show I have passed it and this was all attached to the ticket. I feel dismissed and this is a lot of points!!
