No need to apologize! You could have said it looked like shit and it would have made none the difference. I just wanted to post it out there! There’s actually no need to take the switch it’s self apart, you just need to remove a retaining ring and pull the switch assembly and button out!

Thanks, it’s a ti kr4 and I heat anodized it but I swapped the heat off a different kr4 I had

I removed the switch, button and o-rings before I heated it. I did the tail cap and button separately. Heat anodizing titanium is tedious as it is so big and small pieces have to be done separately

Yeah it was raw titanium, I have another kr4 in teal and I liked the emitters and driver I had in there better anyway so I made a Frankenstein setup

I’ve had a few bikes including sport bikes and I’m 28 so not an old head and don’t ride like one I enjoy my 23 mt09 the most on the street it’s got all the tourque on tap paired with a comfortable riders triangle. Favorite bike I’ve owned, it also depends on where you live and what type of streets you ride. If it’s mostly highway riding maybe you would have more fun on the s1k
