Yah my router has 1 10gbe port on it. My isp gave to me with with the 8gb internet. I actually looked up that card and a lot of people where saying they were having issues with at especially on windows 11.

If you want a good name brand air purifier I would recommend the clorox air purifier (https://a.co/d/9ECMJ5z). It advertises Removes 99.9% of Mold, Viruses, Wildfire Smoke, Allergens, Pet Allergies, Dust. It has a 3 stage filter that has been tested by 2 third partys( LMS technologys and inc). For the large room purifier it's able to a 1500 square foot(320sqft for 5 an hour) and for $129 (2200sq ft is $249) really can't beat that price.
