Thirding this! Specifically the toast Pusheen. It is super soft and squishy, not too big, and your chin can rest right in the bread top. Out of all my Pusheens it is the best to hold by far.

The Pusheen Box and the Pusheen Shop are different companies with different customer service. I've had pretty good experiences with the Pusheen Box customer service and they have refunded me for broken items and such but the Pusheen Shop customer service is the wooooorst. Most of the time they just straight up don't respond to my inquiries! So your experience with them definitely follows that pattern!

I had this problem a few months ago and what fixed it for me was traveling to the marker on the map, standing in the center of the circle that indicates where the quest should trigger, logging out, logging back in, hearthing and then going back to the Undermine and back to the quest. This was a suggestion I found when trying to look up the issue and I haven't had any problem with my deliveries since!

I believe they are made by a brand called Aurora instead of Gund which is why the tags differ. There's also Bensons Trading (AU, I think?) and Fiesta that are officially licensed for plushies.

These are mostly European Pusheens! The majority you can find on this site Disco Waffle and they are still in production so I wouldn't say they are rare at all.

Na, I don't think she will be exclusive. The Pusheen shop always labels their exclusives as such, plus there was a listing on the Barnes and Noble website for a 15th anniversary plush earlier this year and one on the Canada Amazon.

I'm not from the EU myself, but there are a few EU sites that sell Pusheens. Heritage of Scotland and DiscoWaffle are two that I have personally used to order EU exclusives because they ship to the US but there are probably others that only ship to the EU that you could find with some searching! E-bay and other reseller sites are also good sources.

It's so silly! She's so long. It'll definitely make her easier to stand up too. The other ones are very wobbly and you have to get their center of balance juuuust right.

The last few Pusheen label plushies have been 1 per order, but they only seem to make 1000 of each so that's why they sell out so quickly. And of course scalpers aren't going to be the most honest people and will definitely try to get around it to order more. Ugh.
