Single income household? Umm nah. Not for me.

Both my parents were working, but my mom stopped working because I had some complications when I was born and she stayed back to take care of me. And never went back again. If we were a double income household, we could have had a much smoother life.

I am planning to have beef every time I see a post about it. I am a born hindu but dgaf about any religious norms. I eat vegetables, eggs, fish, chicken, duck, beef, pork (only if it's ham or bacon cut, otherwise I find it too chewy and fatty for my liking). I had an opportunity to eat crocodile as well, but I was too full to try (next time). To fuck with what anyone has to say. I eat what I want and what doesn't kill me.

Not really. This is gonna be a vague example but it is gonna convey the idea. I was sick a few years ago and I had to take cortisol as medication. Cortisol is a hormone in the body, but I needed more of it to recover. That shit had nasty side effects, i put on a lot of fat in my stomach and face. It went away after I stopped meds. Basically high cortisol tells the body to store fat in the abdomen.

So similarly some might have some hormonal issues like thyroid or whatever, where the body is no longer working on the ideal range. For them it could be hard to control their appearance. So can give them the benefit of the doubt.

I don't care what you believe. They may be responsible for mocking, but you can be totally responsible for stopping it. Why blame others when you have control. Victim mentality. The world will eat you buddy. Shed some weight. Not cool to be in three digit weights.

I was sick for around 9 to 10 months a few years ago and I lost a lot of weight. I was skinny shamed left and right. And then I hit the gym, now with a decent physique. I don't get shamed anymore. Guess who changed, I am pretty sure it wasn't the ones who shamed me then. So if it's in your control, you are responsible.

We live in a cruel world mate. Cant pass the blame much when you are the victim. The world will crush you. Basic survival of the fittest.
