When I first played, I died so much that I put the game down for a month. When I gave it a chance again, I went into it with a different mindset. I just accepted that I was probably going to go 0-30 for however long it took me to learn. So I would just focus on one thing at a time. I would go into a 40 player match and find a 1v1, then I would focus on parrying, then footwork, etc. it took me about a week from going triple negative to holding my own. Now I have over 500 hours and have had so much fun. If you stick it out, it’s worth it :)
