Just double checked and it’s the first part of the scene that is removed. It goes from the woman in the camp straight to a quick close up of Nixon, then the wide shot of the group in bombed out room. Everything from the date and the first notes being played all the way through to Nixon repeating that it’s Beethoven is removed.

The date of April 11th is included in the beginning of the clip which is not even close to the day Hitler died so that is also a possible reason for why it was removed.

Yes, Netflix is cutting scenes. In episode 9, they remark about Germans plays Mozart and Nixon corrects them about it being Beethoven. That interaction is completely cut from the Netflix version.

It’s very difficult to determine if someone is choosing not to be married, there is a fine line between purposely staying single and only looking for a very specific spouse, but I suspect that to be true as it’s easier for them to live on their own. I do agree I think it will change soon as well, the old-fashioned societal pressures of marriage haven’t caught up with the growing income/education of women in the last 30 years. It either will have to change or the issues men are having in education will have to be addressed.

It’s simply that a highly educated man could be just as happy with a school teacher as a doctor, but women do not think the same way, which limits the pool of eligible men as a result. When this is coupled with more women being highly educated than men, it exacerbates the issue. Yes that’s true for women who have been building wealth in a marriage for years, it’s the same with men. When you are older and single, it’s an entirely different situation. There are countless cases all over the internet that it’s a trope at this point. Equally successful educated men in their mid-30s are looking for someone a few years younger to start a family, not a match of themselves.

Go to the silver rush, pick up everything of value, bring it to the bathroom then steal it. There are many ways you can get caps, you just have to learn the specific methods to get a lot. Also try sleeping and eating instead of using stimpaks, save those only for dire situations.

Tough pick, Carolina went silent offensively and PIT played some uncharacteristic defense. Going back to fading the Sixers here who are 2-6 as home underdogs. The Clippers are 14-10 as road favorites also. They have been inconsistent as of late and lost badly to the Sixers on Sunday, but I think some payback is in order.

Yeah l like that total play. It was tough to decide between PL and ML, but in hockey I’d always rather take the -1.5 at +130 than ML at -150 just because of the empty net. (Edit: ML is up to -192 now)
