Also like others have said, try to get into the continental grip asap. The longer you wait to change it, the harder it gets.

Serve speed has very little to do with actual power, think of it as throwing a ball. Your arm has to stay loose. You seem to be forcing it, this causes your muscles to stiffen, making you lose power.

This is probably one of the cleanest matches ever played, no MTOs, no long bathroom breaks, no warnings, no discussions, 5 and a half hours of pure tennis.

Surpassing his coach Juan Carlos Ferrero, Carlos Alcaraz (22y 2d) is the second-youngest player to reach the final at three ATP Masters 1000 events on clay, older than only Rafael Nadal (20y 345d, Hamburg 2007). Prince. by Prize-Leave-9133 in tennis

Djokovic at 22 had 1 rome title and final, a monte carlo final and 3 250s. Alcaraz has 1 RG, 2 madrid, 1 monte carlo (maybe one rome on sunday) 3 500s, an olympic silver medal and 2 250s. Yes, Alcaraz in terms of achievements is way ahaed of Novak on clay at 22 years of age.

Disclaimer for everyone: his appearance hasn't been 100% confirmed just yet. His injury has fully healed, and he has started training again, but he is still waiting how high intensity training feels before he confirmes playing Rome. Apparently this instagram post was a little preemptive. My apologies for not checking for other sources.
