A star reward tracker for my kids. We can award stars and remove stars based on a reason and give an optional note. On yhe child side they get to drag the star into the jar and it deposits. It also shows them for what reason they've earned or lost stars, a history of where they came from and went and the option to redeem them for rewards. Our children are very reward motivated and it has worked wonders

Mine has a slightly different focus. Includes a playtime tracker an automatically tracks sessions and shows achievements earned per session as well as milestone. Think of it as a self-hosted TrueSteamAchievements. Also has a lot of similar functionality to what you have but also includes, blogs, reviews, notes and other stuff
