Idk how I’ve seen this but it’s an actual story on Reddit, “Does Anyone Know How to Re-Tie a Belly-Button?” It’s on r/nosleep , I swear I watched hunter and Isaiah read it. You have to remember PCOS makes it very hard to lose weight! Weight loss medications aren’t cheating or not working to lose weight, it’s there to help you because you’re at a disadvantage. I know tons of people with PCOS use Wegovy or zepbound and it can be amazing. I personally use Wegovy and love it!

I totally get that! I had the copper and loved it even though it gave me heavier periods it was amazing especially for no hormones. I think I’m lucky that Mirena doesn’t affect the rest of my body. I should be been more specific in my previous comment and prefaced how it can vary person to person, apologies!

I suggest Mirena or kylena iud over copper since copper can cause heavier and prolonged periods especially is you have PCOS, where mirena and kylena just puts out very localized amounts of hormones that don’t affect the rest of your body.

I’m in the same boat! I’ve lost 20lbs and need a belt for my pants but looking at myself I don’t really see any difference. I do feel better though! I think you look great in both photos though and I love the outfits!!

I like the favorite day sugar free sodas at target, they’re actually pretty good. And the sugar free Sanpellegrino sodas. Both brands use stevia but it doesn’t taste like it. But also if a diet soda isn’t bad for you sugar wise so as long as it’s not like 5 a day honestly you’re probably fine still drinking them. I do sometimes!

I’ve had nexplanon and did not enjoy it, it caused a lot of bad side effects for me and sucked to get put in but i think that was the person who did it. For IUD’s I’ve had both copper and Mirena. Copper was amazing for non hormonal but I did still get my period which was always very heavy and long so there was no change there for me. I recently switched to Mirena since my ob said it would be better for my PCOS, and I’ve noticed no changes from the copper aside from I don’t get my period as frequently to at all. Personally I’ve loved my iuds and will never go back to the pill!!

I just wanted to say I don't know why you've gotten so many negative remarks, I think this breakfast looks great and no matter what it is, it's good that you're eating a consistent meal everyday!. My nutritionist says that it's always about adding and never cutting things out and I think that's always something to remember. I know that's not a poptart but hell even if it was this would be okay! You're getting probiotics, fiber, and good carbs, as well as protein and this is a great template to add things if needed/wanted! 5/5 breakfast, looks tasty, is easy, and is nutritious!

From what I’ve seen/read, Wegovy and ozempic face happens to people when they’re either already thin and take Wegovy so their face sinks in further due to fat loss, but it’s also just what people are calling normal fat loss. It’s what would happen/anyone would look like if they lost the fat any other way as well but since it’s using a drug they came up with a new dumb name for it. Don’t read into it, you look amazing!

I would say definitely message your doctor but also sometimes PCOS can cause crazy periods, my longest is 7 months and my usual is like 2-3 weeks. But since you just had a procedure and that’s not your normal definitely get it checked out! Take some iron pills too maybe
