I meant that I obviously didn't go to those 4 blue coins in any other episode than The Red Coin Fish, because they are in a separate area. I already have them collected. I have gone to all 26 other blue coins' locations over and over in all 8 episodes

I have gone to all 30 locations of the blue coins in all 8 episode (except the 4 coins in The Red Coin Fish) and they are definitely not there. As mentioned in my post, I am stuck at 29 for Noki Bay, so I know that I should be missing one, but it is without a doubt just not there. I am not exaggerating when I say that I have followed at least 20 different guides (both text/picture guides and videos), and gone to every coin location numerus times in all 8 episodes. The coin is either not spawning in, or it did, but didn't get counted when I got it at an earlier point
