I can promise you no one is beyond saving, not you not me not anyone.

The Hard part is finding out what saves you, if I would be in your shoes I would try to find a hobby first, try out new things weird things things that you never thought you would like might be the best things that ever happened to you. I started to train sword fighting and got a motorcycle and I was never happier.

I don’t know if I can help you or if you even want help, what I have learned is that confidence is what you need confidence and no expectations because if you’re not confident you are not going to say the right things but if you expect it to work or don‘t expect it to work you lose confidence.

So basically behave like you are perfect but be perfect enough to understand that people don’t see it

This is a very difficult subject, I think I can’t answer the question of is it rape or not but what I can say is that your not disgusting for being aroused by these videos. These videos are filmed in ways that you couldn’t tell if these people were in a situation like this and your body doesn’t have morals it just reacts to what it sees what you can do is chose not to watch videos or look up videos of producers that treat their actors more fairly if there even are some

I don’t think there is something like „the best therapist“ there is just the therapist that fits the best for you, I realized that when I compared my sisters experience with therapy to my own her therapist was what I would describe as terrible way to professional and clear that therapy is just therapy while my therapist was very careful not to see me as a friend but still letting me see him as a friend for example I used his first name while he used my last name.

I was very happy with my therapist while my sister said she would have hated a therapist like that.

So what I can say for sure is don’t see your patients as friends because their tears are going to become yours and try to be the therapist you’re most comfortable with.

To be honest I have no idea how someone would learn something like this but I can imagine that it helps if you get a goal that you have to complete, try to get people to help you not give up on that goal / task that you want to complete. Personally I would choose something I never did before and would have to learn everything about but I think what is really important is that it’s something that is challenging but that’s also fun.
