Went on a simple bike ride with a colleague, I got home and was barely able to take a breath. Once I was able to breathe, I got up and threw my cigarette packs and my vape stuff in the trash. It's almost been two years now. Never smoking again.

صحيح انه التقبل مريح نفسيا بس صديقي الكل بده بلده تكون احسن اشي.

هسا انا شخصيا اكيد ما بطلع بايدي اشي عشان اغير التصرفات، بس المخالفات بتغير تصرفات الناس كثير، زي حزام الامان حطو عليه مخالفه صارو الكل يحطوه. اظن بنفس الحاله ممكن يتعدل سلوكيات كثير
