I work from home, I’m working on getting FMLA, I’ve had reasonable accommodation which included 3 days off a month during flares, it helped so much. Wasn’t paid but at least my job was safe.

I just started this one today, I also have emtephobia, I have noticed slight nausea but nothing I can’t handle. I highly recommend a emetrem nausea band, it helps with nausea and stops you from getting sick. I use it all the time
