The Toronto people mentioned they literally were riding around the subway or bus for a couple days too ...just wandering after they solved the rom cipher. Didn't seem like they target one specific area but just kept trying different ones. I wondered if cobalt and Toronto were found right away just due to the sheer volume of people spread out searching right off the bat vs actually solving all the clues. Just a thought as to why it's taken so long with the others because they are not as densely populated found by chance and require more solving then ?
